面线要怎样煮不糊不过咸？
　1.取一锅子，内盛七分满的水，煮开。
　2.水快开的时候，此时才开始清洗面线的步骤：因为面线太早洗的话，可能会粘成一团
　　（i)用清水洗面线，约洗1～2次
　　（ii)洗面线要像搓揉发丝般轻柔，洗得差不多时，水也滚了
　3.水开时，马上放入面线，约煮40秒(放入后用筷子搅开)
　4.依照喜好，想吃：
　　（1)干面：于碗中放入适量葱油，加入面线一起搅拌，可依个人喜好加入配料，即可享用～
　　（2)汤面：于碗中放入面线，加入汤头及配料，即可享用～
