DongPo Rou is Traditional Dish of Braised Pork Belly, It’s truly an iconic dish in China. It’s melt in your mouth , fat belly mouthfeel without greasy, fragrance is awesome.

Ingredients:
Pork Belly, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Red Yeast Rice, Black Garlic, Seasoning.
Serving: 300g+- / 2-3pax
Storage: 18’C or below
Cooking Method:
After completely defrosting, open the product packaging bag, take out the entire aluminium foil box, put into the pot and steam it for 5-20 minutes with boiling water.
( When steaming, please put a plate on the aluminium foil box and cover it to prevent the taste from changing )
Precautions:
The Heating Method can be adjusted according to actual needs due to the difference in equipment conditions.
